初一英语第五单元说课 (诸由中学 荆艳洁)

一、教学目标。

通过本单元的学习，主要使学生学会谈论自己喜爱的学科并给出理由，学会一周中的七天，同时复习时间表达法，数字1-12及句型When do you .......? I have ......,I don't like .........。在此基础上进行拓展，表达自己喜欢的事物并给出原因，学会合理安排自己的作息时间。本单元教学可划分为四课时。

二、教学重难点。

掌握what ,why,who 引导的特殊疑问句及回答。

主要句型：What's your favorite subject ? My favorite subject is .......

Why do you like ......? Because it's ........

Who is your ..... teacher ? Mr ,Mrs or Miss .......

I have ..... at .... on ....... I like ......,I don't like ..........

三、教学方法与手段。

1、合作学习。 通过同桌及小组间的问答，讨论等掌握新知识。

2、新旧知识联系法。

3、采用录音机，投影仪等辅助教学。

四、学习策略。

1、通过观察，模仿来学习新知识。

2、通过大量的口语练习及书面练习，使知识的掌握达到熟练。

Unit 5 What's your favorite subject ?

Step 1 

T:Class,today we'll learn Unit 5.I want to know something about you. Can you tell me what's your favorite color ? S1:Red.( Green,blue,black .....)

T:What's your favorite fruit ?

S2:Apples .(Bananas,strawberries,........) 

T:What's your favorite vegetable? S3:Broccoli.(Tomatoes,carrots.....)

T:What's your favorite sport ?  

S4:Basketball.( Volleyball,swimming.......)

T:Great! 

Step 2

 T:Now,listen to me .Chinese is my favorite subject .

 English is Tom's favorite subject .

Can you guess the meaning of "subject "? 

Ss:Yes,"学科，科目" 

T:Good.Can you say some subjects in our school ? 

Ss:Yes.Chinese, English,math ,art ,music.

T:Today we'll learn two new subjects P.E.and science.           Read after me ....... 

We can play balls, run and jump on PE class.P.E.means "体育".

 Science means "科学". Please tell me your favorite subject .

S: Music.

T:Thank you .What's your favorite subject ? 

S: Art 

T: Nice. What about you ?

S:My favorite subject is Chinese.It's interesting .

T:So wonderful!Now work in pairs .ask and answer .

T:I like P.E.,because it's fun.  I like music ,because it's relaxing .

T:Excellent. Li Lei, what's your favorite subject ?

L:My favorite subject is science.

L:Because it's interesting .

T:Wow,great !Thank you. Wang Hong, what's your favorite subject ?

W: Art .

T: Why do you like it ?

W: Because it's relaxing.

T: Nice. Now practise the conversation in groups .
