Unit 7

I’m going to be a basketball player

单元分析:本单元较贴近生活,用于谈论未来自己与他人理想的职业,谈论为实现理想所做出的打算和安排。

难点:1)be going to be

do

2)what where when How 引导的特殊疑问句。

教法:以读为主,联系情境会话,以小组为单位,进行角色扮演,在轻松、愉快、积极的氛围中进行练习,用竞赛、小考形式加以巩固和弥补。

学法:“兴趣是最好的老师”以自主学习为主导,强化口语和情景绘话。

教学过程:4课时

1课时:P37听力

Section A:

Step1 游戏:展示以前学过的职业名称(让学生尽量多的举出并选出最想做的职业)

I want to be a teacher, I think it’s exciting.

I want to be a computer programmer,because I like playing computers very much.

Step2 leading in :(教师引导)

What are you going to be when you grow up?

I’m going to be an actor.

How are you going to do that?

I’m going to take acting lessons.

Learn the test. Read and act it .

Step3 practice in groups

Step4 Give a survey.

Discuss in groups. Ask one of the numbers to retell.

Step5 homework

Make a new dialogue about future.

反思:贴近生活,学生易接受。

可加入更多练习,调查鼓励课余时间多说英语。

2课时

内容分析:3a、3b内容较多,除了学会be going to do 外,还要掌握额外一些固定词、短语的用法。

教学过程:Step1 Prepare the text before class by students themselves(翻译,找重点,提出疑问)

Step2 Explanation

1)move (①移动②使感动③搬家)

2)somewhere interesting

3)a year or two one or two years

4)send sth to sb= send sb sth send for 派人去请

5)yet 用于否定句

6)make sb adj

do sth

Note:定语从句,时间状语从句不做具体解释,要求学生会进行口头交流、会说。

Translate the text in groups and try to finish the list below.

Group contest 评出表达最完整的一个组给予表扬.

Step5:Practice

Write some of your resolutions then show in class.

反思:贴近生活,围绕个人更积极活跃.

可加入更多环节练习.多加入表扬,鼓励的话语和动作.

内容:P41 4 Self Check

Step1 Check homework

Step4 Check and correct mistakes in class

Step5 Group work

反思:本单元内容相对比较简单,学生易接受,但需常复习,巩固才能提高.
